This was a pleasant surprise for a new product to try out. It turns out that some flavors are better than others (I don't recommend the Bar-b-q) but this was great. I love them for camping because they don't need to be refrigerated, and have tons of good protein, carbs, and electrolytes (ie: salt).
Since these work out to the cost of fast food meals at 3 per package, I highly recommend them to active people or as emergency reserves (the Red Cross should keep a warehouse of these around so the next Katrina-like victims will have some healthy and tasty food next time).

Heats up fast and be careful handling the container once the water is added, get really hot. Food cooks in little time and taste great even without adding the provided seasonings. Great for around the house in power outages but not for hiking/camping (my reason to buy them) they weigh a lot and are too big to store in a back pack if your concerned about overall weight and size.
I will buy more and other flavors! And highly suggest buying this one!!
