These Ice Cubes work well and do as promised - keep most foods cold while keeping them mostly dry. They will not cool down room temperature foods as quickly as regular ice, but will keep things cool that have already been cooled down. Be prepared to lose a couple cubes every time you freeze and thaw - they sometimes leak if they develop a small break in the seal. Also, while they stay pretty much dry - be prepared to deal with a little moisture from condensation. This doesn't get much wet, but the thin film of water from this can cause the cubes to become a little dirty or sticky depending on what they are used for/are in the cooler with.
