I'm very happy with this! Finally a cooler that holds EVERYTHING and can do that with pockets and compartments to keep things organized and dry. The other side pocket (not shown in photo) is a mesh pocket. There is about a 2-inch space in the upper lid that is zippered, that holds our plates, and inside of that inner lid is two more mesh pockets for napkins, silverware, or whatever. The elastic band on the outside top we've used to secure a bag of chips and we've also put umbrellas there. There are side handles which we've had to use on hotel stairs before, else the kids just roll it for us. Now, the best part, the cooler! We LOVE the hard shell, easy to clean with nice straight sides. We use this cooler mainly for our kids sporting events where we pack our own lunches/snacks/drinks, and the ice lasts into the next day. I'd been watching what other parents bring, and so far I think we've got the perfect product for our purposes.
